WORST GROOMING EXPERIENCE EVER. I asked for fluffy and they shaved him bald with out even telling me before. And they said he had some knots which was obviously a lie because they inspected him before taking him in and saying that we did a good job brushing out two of his knots. It was obvious they must have went way too short and just continued to go with it. But let’s pretend that was the truth. if you can see by the pictures he was completely uneven. I paid for a full groom they didn’t even cut his paws. His head was completely uneven. In the worst part was that the senior groomer did it. I can’t imagine how bad the regular groomers are. Seriously they should’ve paid me for what they did to my dog. I also attached a picture of what he supposed to look like (Before cut) ~Talia
