My experience at Cronic Dodge Dealership in Griffin was nothing short of amazing. This was the easiest & most professional Dealership I’ve ever dealt with. My sales rep Tyler went above & beyond locating a specific vehicle I wanted. He was the best throughout the whole process. I came in and told him the exact car I wanted and he was able to make that happen. He provided great customer service & was so polite the whole time. Also, Milton in the Finance department was very nice and professional. He provided clear communication when it came to my contract and my final price was exactly as negotiated (No last minute surprises or hidden fees) My overall experience at Cronic Dodge was Quick and painless.
