Phenomenal experience start to finish purchasing my vehicle. From calling to make sure car was on lot and he took it upon him self to have car up front waiting on me to arrive. To negotiating deal, financing and walking out the door to a shiny car with a full tank! Kevin Taylor went above and beyond to make it an easy process as well as the financing. I can not say enough about how wonderful all the staff were that I encountered and how pleasant and hassle free the purchasing process was. Genuinely great people to work with!

The Salesman, Kevin, is the only person that helped this review. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The guy in the financing office was the total opposite. He did not like the idea that we did not use their financing and that we refused to accept the additional items that he offered such as GAP and an Extended Warranty. We knew we would receive a better deal on these items elsewhere. Also, we repeatedly informed him that the paperwork was incorrect. He ensured us that the corrections would be made in the system. Well, that was never done. So everything was finalized with the errors still showing. We’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Cronic (both locations in Griffin). We have never had a good experience. Finally, my spouse agrees. This will be our last purchase from Cronic. Hopefully, we won’t have to deal with them anymore. We recommend you purchase from somewhere else if you can.
