Bankers at this location have been pleasant to work with, but the hours of operation of this location are highly restrictive. Was very disappointed when I showed up at 4:01PM, today. One of the many reasons that we are ending our business with this organization.

Understaffed so there's a wait time most of the time. But, Matthew is very helpful and helped me recover some fees that had been charged to my account. Was very impressed by the customer service I received today.

I wanted to do a wire transfer. I usually use Muris Chapel branch but the manager authorized to do wire was not there. I was directed to College Rd branch. At the College Rd branch, they initially told.me.they don't have anyone who can wire. I told them that I recognize the manger behind the counter. He still won't do it. So I was directed to Battleground branch. I previously had poor experience at that branch also.

This bank charged me to cash their own check! I feel ripped off. I bank somewhere else, but when I went to this location they told me I had to pay six dollars to cash a check one of their customers had written to me. If they want to charge their own customers for writing checks, thats fine, but since when to they get to charge anyone they please for cashing checks drawn on their bank???

During lunch hours, when most working people have a chance to run errands, little to no staff. I waited a very long time to be declined a service to manage MY money into a ROTH IRA, because I wasn't using BOA's partner Merrill Lynch.
