For the life of me I can’t understand why the atm is broke every week!!!! How are you a major bank and every time I come to get money out the ATM it’s broke?? I have to drive clear across town to get money out of the ATM!!!?! This is very inconvenient.

They never have more than one person behind the counter. I typically wait in line at least 20 minutes, but today was the worst yet. I was behind 8 people waiting for 1 person behind the counter. Customers were already agitated and acting out as soon as I arrived. Please hire more tellers.

Custom service is nice and they help you so fast. You don't have to wait in a long line and when you get to the teller they are nice and professional. They are very knowledgeable. I'm happy with my service

It was our first visit to this bank. The staff was really nice and helpful and special thanks to branch manager (Ms.Nichelle), she was very patient and helpful to our needs. Definitely recommend this branch !

Precious was great! They print chipped debit cards in house so starting accounts with quick access and replacing cards is a breeze!

If you want a bank where the hours are convenient and you need to shop in Walmart too, this is your bank! If you need to call them with any questions be prepared to leave a message and they’ll call you a week later, if you’re lucky. Also, standing in line for a while is a given. There’s usually only a few people working the counter at any given time. Overall, it’s a bank of convenience, not of customer service. Keep your expectations low.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I would give no stars if it was allowed! That chiara girl is the most disrespectful person you can see! She don’t smile and just ask for all your information. Got an attitude towards people for no reason! I ain’t going back and I won’t recommend anyone to go there ever!
