Best restaurant in Louisville, Georgia (GA) 2024

Was kicked out because we found a bug in our pitcher. We did not drink anything from the pitcher and asked for a new one ( willing to pay) . We were told we were not getting another pitcher and our ticket was thrown on the table basically telling us to leave. I asked him could he run the camera that was right above us to prove that we didn’t tamper with the drink and he just walked off. I also asked why was I charged an extra dollar because I haven’t been there in years( home for the week ) and was told “ you come here every day! you know the credit card policy! “. Very rude and treated us with no respect at all. ~Ja'Myiah

On 05/12 @ 7:25 No greeting. Cashier was short with answers to questions about meal choices. Explained wanted three orders of two pieces chicken with two sides. Order had to be said slowly and twice. It was not repeated back. When asked why the total was so high as put card in machine she said you can see why on the receipt. Instead of explaining different meal options or charging for 'platters' she charged for 'combos' and extra sides. ~Not

Store and restrooms were super clean. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly, kind and quick. Food was yummy. Best Subway experience I've had in a long time! ~Debbie
