Very friendly atmosphere, food was prepared fresh. Clean dining room. Excellent service overall

On 05/12 @ 7:25 No greeting. Cashier was short with answers to questions about meal choices. Explained wanted three orders of two pieces chicken with two sides. Order had to be said slowly and twice. It was not repeated back. When asked why the total was so high as put card in machine she said you can see why on the receipt. Instead of explaining different meal options or charging for 'platters' she charged for 'combos' and extra sides.

I have been to a lot of Popeyes, but this has to be the best I have ever been to. The chicken was juicy and actually spicy. The fries were crispy and fresh. This was a great experience.

We got so sick on 4/1 at 7pm after eating there. Went across the street to get gas, began vomiting in the parking lot. Food poisoning was bad.

I usually try to not leave bad reviews but this is just ridiculous. Came through & ordered my family a meal through drive-thru. (16 piece chicken tender meal). I was asked to pull around for them to bring it out. After waiting 40 minutes my husband went inside to get a refund. Seriously the worst service. I understand that a business may be short staffed but had I been made aware of having to wait for that long, I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

Last night was the last time I'm stopping at this horrible excuse for a fast food joint. The latest screw up.... (I've already given up on their tasteless chicken).... I ordered popcorn shrimp with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. After paying and being told to drive around to wait, and then waiting for ten minutes, someone finally came out to inform me they were out of mac and cheese. OK fine, I'll take fries instead. Another five minutes go by and a bag with a box finally appears. The box contained the tiniest little crumbles of breading (never did find any evidence of shrimp), a cold container of mashed potatoes and a lumpy pile of soggy fries. Gee, shoulda went with the rice and beans I guess. Do yourself a favor, keep driving right on by this joke. There's a KFC up in Wrens.

This is the worst that place has become. The young lady wearing the Jean jacket had the worst attitude along with the others that worked there. This is the third time that I had to report this. If it wasn't for my elderly mother, I would drive to Augusta before I come here again. No more saying you are sorry online.. Get it right or corporate will receive a call.

Horrible service and no spicy chicken ..it was 8:15 last night. Said would be 20 minutes..so we ordered mild and still waited 15 for it.. I would have waited the extra 5 minutes for what I wanted she did even give me that option.. worse chicken ever from a Popeyes.. plus where are the beans it was all rice!!! Horrible experience for a Popeyes ever! And it wasn't like there were not people in there to order.. they need to stay off their phone and give customer service!
