Best car rental agency in Thomaston, Georgia (GA) 2024

I made a reservation 3 days in advance for a full size SUV for a out of town trip for one week. I drove 1.5hr to get to this location for a noon pick up. The rep decides to call 5 mins before I arrive to say the vehicle is not available. No remorse. Extremely non-chalant. My entire trip got ruined because of the lack of professionalism at this entity. It is spring break and all my other options were also taken away because it now became "last minute". This booking has only cost me time, money(for gas to and fro) and a big disappointment to my entire family. Please take the initiative to call before arriving. They'll ruin your trip ~Tamesha
