I made a reservation 3 days in advance for a full size SUV for a out of town trip for one week. I drove 1.5hr to get to this location for a noon pick up. The rep decides to call 5 mins before I arrive to say the vehicle is not available. No remorse. Extremely non-chalant. My entire trip got ruined because of the lack of professionalism at this entity. It is spring break and all my other options were also taken away because it now became "last minute". This booking has only cost me time, money(for gas to and fro) and a big disappointment to my entire family. Please take the initiative to call before arriving. They'll ruin your trip

Make sure you check your agreements. Employee was told ccx what day we were to be back and she put friday at 4pm because they close on weekends when we were to be back from funeral not friday. But nice gentlemen understand why she done it. Because they were closed on weekends. She done a poor job at explaining that fact. Make sure when you inspect with employees document everything inside and out even the smell.

I will admit, I was in a very bad mood when I went in, so after attempting to call all morning, finding my own ride back and forth, only to be told that there would be no cars until after four pm (insurance company assured me the car would be ready for pickup by lunch), I was not a happy camper. I am still in the rental, so I may update my rating after it is all said and done. But for right now, I still prefer the Griffin branch

So be advised it appears they do not honor confirmation numbers or reservations at this location especially if it is close to lunch time. I went ahead and called Enterprise customer service and they wouldn’t even call the location all they would do is put me on a list for the regional manager to call...still waiting on the call.

When I arrived to pick up my car I suddenly needed proof of residence and federal documents could not be used. The man I dealt with was not pleasant and his coworker was on his cellphone the whole time. Needless to say I left and cancelled the reservation. This enterprise only gets one star because no stars is not an option.
