I came in and the lady was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really like coming here. This is my 2nd time coming here.

They lost 2 packages total $185.00 when I filed a clame just as soon as the packages were not delivered. They said I waited to long. ....Just today the mail carrier crammed 3 packages in my mailbox because they were to lazy to bring it to the porch. The bags were ripped being shoved into the mailbox. Pitiful mail service.

Need more help/workers in the early morning at the counter. Waiting a very long time with one worker and long lines???? Maybe install a bin so people can drop off packages and leave.

I called to the post office to check on a package that fedex smart post was there. I spoke with two ladies that were RUDE and unprofessional. They told me that I would not be able to pick up my package I would have to wait until it was delivered tomorrow, even though I would not be home tomorrow. I really wish they would get people who wanted to work.
