Best greeting card shop in Villa Rica, Georgia (GA) 2024

I have used this Walgreens for years for family prescriptions. The past 2 years, service has gone downhill but I am loyal and continued to use this pharmacy. Wait times often lasted days past the promised pick-up time. If a prescription was delayed or had an issue, it would sit until I called and prodded it along. I waited on hold for over an hour multiple times to determine what the issue was with different prescriptions. A month ago, we went on a cruise and I scheduled our covid test a week before it was needed. When my family of 5 showed up, we realized that we scheduled the wrong test. I get it, that was my fault, but we were leaving that evening and had a small window to test. The pharmacy tech told me we would need to schedule the test online and I told her we had an appointment already and to use our scheduled appointment. I tried to go online but of course they were all booked up. I would have been happy to wait hours to give them time to get the paper work changed over but this lady refused to help us. I figured that since I have given them grace the past two years for horrible service that they could step up and go out of their way to help us this once. We were very stressed but eventually found a clinic that took walk ins that day. I have not stepped into this Walgreens since that day and never will again. Too bad for them because I used it weekly for more than our prescription needs. Adios Walgreens! ~Carrie

Doctor phoned in refill on my medication at 10:30 am, I called at 7pm no one answered the phone. I drive up there and was informed it was not ready (was told it wouldbe ready in 30 minutes). It is now 9:15 pm and still not ready. I would completely understand if this was the first time but this has happened several times. ~Nicole
