The 1 star given was purely due to not being able to give negative stars. Not sure if it is because this is the only Walgreens in the entire town, but the manner in which they let their pharmacy staff speak to customers is downright appalling and uncalled for. One rep in particular talks to people in such a demeaning tone all while the rest of the staff (who can definitely hear her) say and do nothing. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to seek pharmaceutical services at this location... Ever.

I have used this Walgreens for years for family prescriptions. The past 2 years, service has gone downhill but I am loyal and continued to use this pharmacy. Wait times often lasted days past the promised pick-up time. If a prescription was delayed or had an issue, it would sit until I called and prodded it along. I waited on hold for over an hour multiple times to determine what the issue was with different prescriptions. A month ago, we went on a cruise and I scheduled our covid test a week before it was needed. When my family of 5 showed up, we realized that we scheduled the wrong test. I get it, that was my fault, but we were leaving that evening and had a small window to test. The pharmacy tech told me we would need to schedule the test online and I told her we had an appointment already and to use our scheduled appointment. I tried to go online but of course they were all booked up. I would have been happy to wait hours to give them time to get the paper work changed over but this lady refused to help us. I figured that since I have given them grace the past two years for horrible service that they could step up and go out of their way to help us this once. We were very stressed but eventually found a clinic that took walk ins that day. I have not stepped into this Walgreens since that day and never will again. Too bad for them because I used it weekly for more than our prescription needs. Adios Walgreens!

Sticker on drive thru and on windows inside said pharmacy 10pm was already a like pulling teeth to get them correct on the prescription being filled they finally did then told my wife it was ready at 8:45 pm she drove up there because even the online says 10pm she showed up 2 pharmacist were behind the counter and one said to the other this lady just keeps starring at me no one had the professionalism to tell her they were closed my son needs his antibiotics this is garbage service will not ever use Walgreens again clean up you dead weight management medicine is very important no room for slackers *******UPDATE******next day show up to get the prescription we were told got pushed through with a text saying medicine was ready at 8:45 night before get there today still is not ready and was not ready till 4pm this place is a joke they should be closed just because of how bad they make Walgreens look

This location is absolutely pathetic. Dropped off a script and they said it would be ready by 1pm the next day. At 12:50pm I get an email that it wasn't in stock. Should have told me the previous day or earlier that morning. Hollow apologies, then they couldn't find the script so I could get it filled elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

the people running the pharmacy are awful. they are all rude, and so unorganized. getting vaccinated took hours WITH an appointment. while i waited i observed many instances of the workers being rude to customers, unprovoked, and deleting prescriptions without customers consent. it was seriously crazy, ive never ever seen anything so awful. they all need to be fired or retrained! seriously.

Only giving one star because you have to at least put 1 star. Absolute horrible customer service. Called to check on status of prescription that was sent in before 5 am. Was told at 10 am that it would be another 2 to 3 hours. I told Amy that answered phone that I could not wait that long my daughter was very sick and could not hold anything down. Amy decides it's best to hang up on a customer not even letting me finish talking. Call back to speak with a store manager and the store manager decides that she is going have the same attitude. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!!

Getting prescriptions for my mom the last couple of weeks after an accident and wondering how this Walgreens location has even 1.9 stars. It’s not just me… While I am waiting for them to resolve their incompetence, I hear countless stories from their customers. This leaves me to wonder if they can get just one transaction correct. Zero for me so far – how did they get to be such a large chain?

If there was a way to give this play -5 stars, I would. Had approximately 5-6 mediocre interactions with 20-ish minutes of wait time. fine. I was told my prescription (which I cannot have a lapse in) would be ready this past Friday morning. On Sunday, I waited on hold for 2 hours and 12 minutes and my call was never answered, waited in line for 45 minutes to be told my medication was not ready. I was able to receive 2 of my 30 pills. Today, I waited on hold for 45 minutes and 30 minutes then had to hang up due to work trying to get the rest of my medication before it runs out tomorrow. I've called corporate 3 times and they have been unable to help. I've used Walgreens for 10+ years now and am beyond fed up with it after this mentally and emotionally exhausting experience. Long story not short, literally use any other pharmacy than this one.

I was going to share my story of disappointment, lies, and incompetence but after reading the other reviews I don’t feel like I have to. I think it’s time to move prescriptions to another pharmacy this one is neither convenient or reliable or competent. It’s a shame because this one use to rock and I moved all my family’s prescriptions here because they were awesome. I don’t know what has happened but it really has gone down hill so fast.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service at the pharmacy is horrible. The lady who rings you up is beyond rude. The pharmacist must be fresh out of school because she knows nothing about federal laws when it comes to narcotics. My doctor called 4 times to clarify a issue they created, they hung up on her twice and placed her on hold twice. A DOCTOR. If you can choose any other place I would strongly advise not to waste your time.
