Best bank in Honolulu, Hawaii (HI) 2024

Trying to open a new business account and serive is so bad I don't even want to do business with this bank. I really can't see how anyone could do business with this bank. I am not even a customer and already worst service you could get. This bank needs to stop dishing out poor quality and taking advantage of the monopoly these banks have on the island and start providing adequate service and quality service. What a shame. ~William

Honestly this is the worst bank I have banked with. Everything is so inconvenient. To begin the mobil app sucks. If you lose your credit card they will try to charge you a $20 replacement fee and they will keep you on the phone for about an hour because that is the only way to report your lost or stolen card. Do your self a favor and do some research before you choose to bank with a local bank. ~Carlos
