Best fast food restaurant in Bolingbrook, Illinois (IL) 2025

Came in here tonight to get some cookies, it was probably about 30 minutes to closing time. To my surprise, they had the RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE cookie I’ve been looking for, for years!! I haven’t seen them at any Subway in A very long time. It’s my favorite cookie and they only had one so I got it and five other cookies. However, my experience there was displeasing to say the least. The young man working inside the store acted like he had a stank attitude. Maybe he had a bad day, but as a former Subway employee over 8 years ago, I always treated the customers with respect and with a great attitude. Maybe your employees should work on that. Still happy I got my cookie though! 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~Tia

Super friendly service! Steve was of great assistance in helping me make an order. He was very well mannered and patient. Even pronounced my name correctly! Kudos to Steve! Wish others had his customer service skills! ~Satish
