So we went to subway on Weber tonight, do not go there. I asked for chicken, bacon ranch, I didn’t notice he didn’t put the bacon on, ok fine, my fault for not paying attention. We tried to call them back and let them know, I took two bites and noticed no bacon but were still charged for it. The girl on the phone claims we were trying to scam them out of bacon, yeah ok. Since I took 2 bites ; they couldn’t do anything about it. Also, they’re obviously not covid safe. We grabbed a cup to get for water, he gives us a clear cup instead, guess he thought we weren’t gonna get water which we did. He took the cup that we touched and puts it back with the other cups instead of throwing it away. They were rude. Don’t go there. Like we really wanted to scam them on bacon, smh. We shouldn’t have been charged then.

Stopped here give them a chance since all the advertisements. The place sucked service was horrible got the order wrong was told well you took it out of the store so that can’t do anything about it. Cleanliness of store was a 3 counters didn’t look very clean. I want be going back very disappointed in experience.

Went in on 6/15 for a sandwich was charged for two so I went right back in . Said they would credit my card back it’s been over a week and they couldn’t even do that right. Would like to speak to a manager about my refund.

Came in here tonight to get some cookies, it was probably about 30 minutes to closing time. To my surprise, they had the RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE cookie I’ve been looking for, for years!! I haven’t seen them at any Subway in A very long time. It’s my favorite cookie and they only had one so I got it and five other cookies. However, my experience there was displeasing to say the least. The young man working inside the store acted like he had a stank attitude. Maybe he had a bad day, but as a former Subway employee over 8 years ago, I always treated the customers with respect and with a great attitude. Maybe your employees should work on that. Still happy I got my cookie though! 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like this Subway. The staff is interesting and the place is clean but I'm giving 3 stars because for one, when I place orders online, sometimes my sandwiches are not toasted. There's a HUGE difference in between wanting to eat a cold sandwich versus toasted. Also, the website shows it's open until 9 PM but it's closed. It's 8:09 PM and there's a worker mopping inside. I just drove from far away, passing other restaurants to come and eat but it's closed. It's very disappointing because I've wasted my time and gas and I'm becoming hungrier by the minute. I have to figure out what to eat now. I wouldn't be in this dilemma if you didn't state it was open until 9 PM. This is the second time this happened to me. I'm reading reviews and noticing the same thing from couple of other people.

I worked there recently ( management) and I'm sorry for whomever eats there.. I will add photos .. Please DO NOT DRINK FROM soda fountain. And if you eat there good luck... You don't know what your food has been through & how disgusting this place and 18 other subway stores this husband & wife own throughout Wheaton, Joliet, Mokena, etc.. Don't know how they are still allowed to be in business. I tried to clean it but I'm 1 person!! Posted photos under photos of inside soda fountain and Tea is usually a week old with black mold as well.

The store was suppose to open at 8 and it’s opened at 9. I guess he’s the manager or owner that got their first and I asked what time did they open. He advised me have other things going on so he gets there when he can. No apologies or anything and very rude. If my daughter didn’t need a sandwich for her field trip right away, I would’ve traveled to another subway.
