I've been going to Curves for 8 months now. It is a friendly and welcoming environment for women to work out. You can modify the workouts as needed with help from the Curves instructors. It is a great routine that works your entire body in less than 40 minutes. ~Sara

Hatha is an amazing place to workout and is full of incredible staff! The people here are truly what make this place so great. HIIT classes with Maria helped me find my love for working out again! The yoga is calming and restorative and led by great teachers. I love the HIIT and strength classes with Maria and Nomin and also the barre and sculpt flow if you want to get a good burn! The peloton is a great option when I cannot fit a class into my busy schedule. Visiting Hatha can be the best part of my day and I recommend visiting to everyone! ~Melanie

I started training with Travis several years ago after recuperating from a broken leg. Not only did I fully recover, but my strength, stamina and flexibility have continued to improve. Travis' knowledge of fitness and nutrition has helped me get more from all of my workouts. And I've improved my diet! I really enjoy my workouts and love what I have been able to accomplish. ~Kay

worst gym experience. Someone stole my key for the gym and JSM does nothing. They have cameras, but they say they can't access them for something like that. Equipment is old and the gym itself is extremely small. Do not live with JSM ~Abby
