Bought an opened box and was told there was nothing wrong with it. Got home and mounted it to find a massive burn in the OLED screen. Took it back for a refund and I asked if I could get a discount or something for them wasting my time since I don’t live close to Best Buy. I was told no, and I said well I’ll take my business somewhere else from now on and the employee told me, “that’s fine by me”. Not a good day and a wasted one at that. Best Buy has lost me as a customer. Maybe take a bit more time into making sure their opened box tvs are in as good of quality as they state. ~Dylan
