I did curbside pickup, and even though the app said 10 minute wait time, the gift was brought out in about 3. The employee was polite and personable. I got a great deal on a laptop, $300 off!

I took a HP printer back, I know it cost me over $100 dollars plus the insurane, I walked out with a $6.00 store credit, plus I was looking for a Video door bell, I stood their for 45 minutes and couldn't get any help. I'm going to Belleville tomorrow. Maybe there is people not sitting in there car's on break.

I wanted to purchase a microwave. They did not have it in the store so they were going to charge us $70 for shipping from their warehouse. That’s too much for delivery of an item that I can fit in my car. I can’t go and get it or ship to the store. They lost a sale. Ended up buying from Lowes

Bought an opened box and was told there was nothing wrong with it. Got home and mounted it to find a massive burn in the OLED screen. Took it back for a refund and I asked if I could get a discount or something for them wasting my time since I don’t live close to Best Buy. I was told no, and I said well I’ll take my business somewhere else from now on and the employee told me, “that’s fine by me”. Not a good day and a wasted one at that. Best Buy has lost me as a customer. Maybe take a bit more time into making sure their opened box tvs are in as good of quality as they state.

Josh was an awesome sales person and very helpful. I was having trouble with my credit card and he was very helpful and patient with me. That was so much appreciated. I was embarrassed that my card was not working but even though he may have gotten frustrated he didn't show it and continued to be patient with me. Very nice young gentleman. I love the tv we bought. Thank you Josh!

I love best buy. I can do curbside pickup, go in and pick up, or have my purchases delivered. They always have a wide selection of items, friendly staff, and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Real simple, Best Buy rocks!

The customer service at this particular best buy is OUTSTANDING. My husband and I went in to get a new phone after just leaving the Verizon store and they didn't have what we needed in stock and it was the last day of a sale we were interested in. We were immediately mey by Brandon and Kaci (manager) in the cell phone section. Told them what we were interested in and they were eager to help. We ended up spending a few hours in the store while my massive amount of storage switched to my new phone and they never made us feel rushed or like we were bothering them in any way, even with my hundreds of questions. They were very honest and helpful when it came to accessories and didn't just try to upsell us for the sake of the sell. Kaci even went way above and beyond the call of duty and checked out our bill and figured out we are paying extra money monthly for things we don't even need/use. The money she saved us was enough we got my husband a new phone as well and are STILL saving money. I highly highly recommend checking out Best Buy next time you're needing a phone upgrade. Especially this location :) Also special shout out to Dawn who wrote down several food recommendations when she found out we were new to town. You rock chick!

Riley that works there is awesome and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. We went to buy a fridge and during the purchasing process I asked him questions about security cameras. Answered them with no hesitation and with confidence.

Paid $200 just to have someone check our computer for safety - no service required. My husband took computer their n was told we had to leave it for a week - can't leave it that long as we need for online. Called 2 weeks ago for appointment - no one ever called back. Called customer service today, rude, uy to me and wouldn't let me talk. Don't pay
