I've had nothing but problems here. Drove over an hour to pay my bill. They are supposed to be open til 7. I got here at 6. They're closed.

Went in to buy my dad a new phone. They said they would not help update it and that we would have to do it at home. Due to the new phone having an older version of apple ios I'm unable to update it and after spending over an hour with tech support they have to ship me a new phone. Do yourself a favor and just buy it online as getting it in the store has no advantages. Very frustrating experience and I think we will be switching carriers over this incident.

Good service but Verizon is expensive. It was going to cost more for one phone and line than four with the current carrier.

I was there today to get a new iPhone and also got a new iwatch. Ray was awesome !!!!! He helped me get things set up on both iPhone and watch and answered all my questions Very impressed. Great experience !!!! Kim

A truly terrible customer experience. Went to the store 4 hours before closing to order a phone & was told that only appointments were being taken & we asked if we could wait as walk in customers because we just wanted to buy a phone. Sure said the customer service representative & he said you will receive a text and there are only two customers in front of you. My son & I decided to wait outside and after several hours I noticed that there had been at least a dozen customers had left the store & we went to the door only to discover that the store had closed & that we had not received any text. We did see one employee in the store & knocked on the door & he yelled thru the door that we are closed and I can't help you! We said that we had been waiting for several hours & that we didn't receive a text and his response was a shrug of his shoulders and he said well you should make an appointment for tomorrow. We just went home & ordered online & set up the new phone and did not go back to the store. This is a company that just don't care about their customers and it seems cares even less about retaining their customers.

Today I took my dad phone there he was having problems with calling out and no one could call in the guy said all he needed to do is get it updated so the guy did that we waited 3 and half hours for them to finish up on it the guy was helping everyone else and not finishing up with us there wS other people before us they been there sinces 1030 this morning this place is the worst verizon place I ever been to I told my parents that I will never go back to a verizon place ever again nexted time will willing a different provider for them this Is why I went to AT&T they really help you out at the restores that is how customer service is for they every one should go there .

No phones in stock with dates going into January. Employees are great couldnt ask for a better group. As far as corporate structures willingness to address the issue or improve upon it is really more avoidance.

Love this store. First time here. I normally go to the one in Fairview heights. Long wait times and was told misinformation by an old employee. But this store...... The young lady who helped us was freakin awesome. She answered all my questions and concerns. And everything she told me was true. I know that should be normal and nothing special. She's just doing her job right....... But it means so much to me to just smile and give good service. I forgot her name but she would remember me and my wife. Thanks so much!!

Not a good experience. Sales rep basically admitted the TV commercials luring you in are deceptive and lies. The way you get that iPhone13 is buying it. No real incentive to leave dreadful ATT even though I want to. Waste of my time visiting.
