Jen was a lifesaver. After reserving my unit and taking advantage of the free truck promotion. She was able to assist with all the extra questions I had. Even upsold me to a closer unit with a wider door. Thankfully she did as the unit I had initially reserved would have had a door I'd have to squeeze through. She even gave me water as I attempted to hustle and meet the truck return deadline, giving me a little more time so I didn't pass out in this extreme heat.
