Jen was a lifesaver. After reserving my unit and taking advantage of the free truck promotion. She was able to assist with all the extra questions I had. Even upsold me to a closer unit with a wider door. Thankfully she did as the unit I had initially reserved would have had a door I'd have to squeeze through. She even gave me water as I attempted to hustle and meet the truck return deadline, giving me a little more time so I didn't pass out in this extreme heat. One of the best experiences I've had, and will gladly recommend this location to anyone based on the fact that she made this process as painless as possible. Thanks again Jen, you rock! ~J
