Best fast food restaurant in Le Roy, Illinois (IL) 2024

This store has the worst customer service. Most of the time I have driven there they have their doors locked. Today we got excited because they were finally open. Ordered online, got an email that the order was placed, then got another that it was canceled. Phone rang, it was the employee advising that they are not willing to make our sandwiches despite there being 2.5 hour until closing time. She stated they do not want to make 3 pizza subs and are low on tuna. She said they will run out of vegetables if they make our sandwiches (two sandwiches had tomatoes and onions, not sure how that takes all their vegetables). We are done with this store, they clearly do not want business. ~Heather
