Some sandwiches are very good, but this place also has some issues. I ordered a salad for my nephew and the bowl was filled one third full with spinach and then drizzled with a little ranch dressing. They charged well over $7 for this and the young people working there seemed more interested in getting a tip, which they did not deserve. They don't care about you as a customer and this is no restaurant with waiters. It really angers me they would charge so much for a partial salad and even dream of asking for a tip. What a joke, LeRoy Subway. I will boycott this place for a year. Poor business practice deserves such a response.

Went to business to get a sub 20 minutes before listed closing time. Went to drive through and was told that they were closed so I could not order. I guess the business hours for them are subjective and they do not follow them.

Went there for order at drive through. I get there and am told they tried to call me 4 times. Phone was turned down, so my fault I didn't get the call. But they were out if meatballs. From the fluffy fresh bread, to the fully stocked condiment bar, to the soft, obviously just made cookies; this Subway knocks it out of the park on taste. This location appears to have undergone a recent remodel which looks fantastic. Top it off with a friendly staff, this Subway is off the rails awesome. Great job LeRoy, Illinois! My sister had a Turkey sub and later felt nauseous and vomited in our toilet for an hour and a half. Then I called early at 10am the next day and asked and they reassured me they'd bring it up with their district manager and owner, and thanked me for being respectful and polite with them, given the situation. Soon after my father called as well to voice his concerns in a more disrespectful way and was reassure that I already had the situation under control and they would call me back soon. Around 2pm the same day, still no call back I tried calling 2 times with no answer. I ran some errands for a bit and stopped by. Waited a good 5 minutes for the manager to come to the window, she was nice about it, but couldn't offer a refund or a free meal card or voucher or anything without explicit permission from the district manager or owner. I asked about them, and she said they refused to give us a refund or a free meal because they don't think the food was ill prepared or non-proper procedures were practiced. I probed about their sanitation and their food safety practices which the manager replied that they are fulfilling those legal requirements. I asked again for any compensation for the troubles, (and apologized for acting like a "Karen" who complains for free food to wreck havok.) She said that the best she could do was a free soda or chips or cookies. Seems so little in compensation for vomiting for an hour over a toilet. She reassured me that if anyone else called about it she'd reach out to me, but shouldn't just 1 complaint be enough to at least give up the $27.82 order, Hell I'm fine with just the two sandwiches that caused the issue, mine was fine, so that drops it down to about $15.68! I am not one to act out like a Karen and demand for free stuff, and I overall was nice about the situation, but this from upper management was outrageous. This isn't the first time upper management was involved in a complaint from me.

Customers who ordered through the drive through drove off without their sandwiches due to the wait. Probably would be a good idea to have three people working at lunch time. Especially with the new young kid working. Very very slow service. I will never go here for lunch again.

Literally took 35 minutes to get my sandwich today. I came in for my lunch break and was late getting back to work because the two worker's took so long. It was noon, but there were only maybe 5 people in front of me. The rest of the people in line were very angry as well.
