This place was great! Vincenzo was super accommodating. My wedding was in less than three weeks when I looked into this place. I communicated via email with quite a few different vendors with a specific vision. I got the most generic responses from most places, but Vince was very responsive. He told me he could accommodate my vision and I stopped in with my Bride. I'm kinda picky about my clothing and almost considered a custom suit. When going through options to get my look we didn't find it initially. I visited another place, and that was a joke. Some old fogies who really didn't make any real attempt to accommodate me. The day after visiting Lorenzo's, Vince sends me a text. Hey! How about this?! It was perfect. Perry Ellis Linen suit in the exact color I was looking for. Bam! Let's do it. All of two weeks to go before the wedding. This guy reassures me that he can get it in, and get alterations done. We were always in touch via text. Not only did he accommodate me and my grooms men....who are a bunch of procrastinators, he also made sure my Bride was able to get her dress prepped as well. I go in the day before my wedding and Vince Sr. is there. I needed the slightest additional change to my hem. The guy tells me go get some coffee and come back in 15 mins. I come back on my Harley, the alteration is done...Vince and I start talking motorcycles, cuz... you know, he rides too. I put my suit on the day of my wedding and I'm super pleased. My groom's men looked great as well. These guys are easy to work with. They work hard to get things done for you and they're engaged in throughout the process. My Wife loved them and we felt like we made good friends in the process. I highly recommend these guys. I can guarantee that you will get whatever it is you need or are looking for and that you will be satisfied with the results and the experience. Thank you, Lorenzo's, you guys were the best! ~Ameer

Pump charged me $40 worth of gas yesterday and it didn’t give me anything. Only other time I’ve been here I was refused a lighter because i didn’t have an ID?! 2 awful experiences don’t ever go here ~Joe

I had a very good experience with Tuff Shed from beginning to end. First, the online design tool allowed me to consider many different options, and clearly see the cost. After saving my design, I was contacted by Austin at Tuff Shed, who helped me make sure I was getting the shed I needed. He was not only a salesperson, but a true shed advisor. He asked me about my needs for the shed, and made sure I was aware of promotions, so that I did not miss out on valuable savings. Austin was very responsive, explained every step of the process, and continued to follow-up even after my shed was installed to make sure I was happy with the final product. As for the installation, the builders, Joseph and John, were on-time, professional, very courteous, and genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. They kept me informed throughout the day, and didn't seem to mind me checking on progress throughout the day. They were the best, and if you are buying a shed, ask for them. Rude service! I went in with my husband during the afternoon hours on a Sunday. I showed the cashier my ID and then he proceeded to ask if it was mine. I said, "of course its mine, does it not look like me"? He said, "no it doesn't look like you." My picture was taken at 5 am a year ago with no makeup, mind you ,of course I look a little different when I have makeup on! He said in a very rude tone of voice, "give me your credit card" and proceeded to make sure that my name matched my credit card. The whole transaction he was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable while he stared at me conspicuously with peering eyes the whole time as I walked out the door with my husband, like I was lying to him about MY ID! I will never come here again as they don't treat their customers with trust and respect. Not to mention treating a man's wife so rudely in front of him. Terrible customer service! ~Mackenzie

Totally unprofessional and frankly should be inspected. Was in here the other day and Jess or Jen (she wouldn’t speak up when I asked for her name) inserted herself while another cashier was handling my stuff, straight up lied to me and tried to say it was because of city rules which I quickly showed her was a flat out lie and she got combative and tried to kick me out. ~Corey
