Best convenience store in Lisle, Illinois (IL) 2024

There were three people in the store and no one other than me was wearing a mask. I will be going elsewhere to businesses that take public health issues seriously. ~Karina

Rude service! I went in with my husband during the afternoon hours on a Sunday. I showed the cashier my ID and then he proceeded to ask if it was mine. I said, "of course its mine, does it not look like me"? He said, "no it doesn't look like you." My picture was taken at 5 am a year ago with no makeup, mind you ,of course I look a little different when I have makeup on! He said in a very rude tone of voice, "give me your credit card" and proceeded to make sure that my name matched my credit card. The whole transaction he was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable while he stared at me conspicuously with peering eyes the whole time as I walked out the door with my husband, like I was lying to him about MY ID! I will never come here again as they don't treat their customers with trust and respect. Not to mention treating a man's wife so rudely in front of him. Terrible customer service! ~Mackenzie

Totally unprofessional and frankly should be inspected. Was in here the other day and Jess or Jen (she wouldn’t speak up when I asked for her name) inserted herself while another cashier was handling my stuff, straight up lied to me and tried to say it was because of city rules which I quickly showed her was a flat out lie and she got combative and tried to kick me out. ~Corey
