I had a very good experience with Tuff Shed from beginning to end. First, the online design tool allowed me to consider many different options, and clearly see the cost. After saving my design, I was contacted by Austin at Tuff Shed, who helped me make sure I was getting the shed I needed. He was not only a salesperson, but a true shed advisor. He asked me about my needs for the shed, and made sure I was aware of promotions, so that I did not miss out on valuable savings. Austin was very responsive, explained every step of the process, and continued to follow-up even after my shed was installed to make sure I was happy with the final product.
As for the installation, the builders, Joseph and John, were on-time, professional, very courteous, and genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. They kept me informed throughout the day, and didn't seem to mind me checking on progress throughout the day. They were the best, and if you are buying a shed, ask for them.
Tuff Shed was definitely the right choice, and they are a company that knows what they are doing. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. Services: Custom shed design, Shed installation ~Jon
