Best corporate office in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois (IL) 2024

I rented 2 movies on 8/12. I returned them personally on 8/13. Went about my life and today was charged over $60 for both movies that had been returned. I contacted redbox and was told there's nothing they can do. I was offered to buy them for less than $10 a piece the day I rented them. If I wanted to keep them I would have done that. The agent basically called me a liar and was unwilling to help in anyways. I will never use redbox again. ~Rachel
