We love jewel osco stores for all our shopping needs. This Jewel has been the best store in our area since my wife was a child. Others have come and gone like Dominic's supermarkets they were here for years also but always at a higher price point just like what is out there now for good food stick with jewel for cheaper food go to walmart for more expensive go to whole foods or get really good go to a Butcher shop for even a better price this area is way expensive anywhere else. ~scott

Kim in the pharmacy is wonderful. When I was too sick to enter the store, she went above and beyond! I needed numerous prescriptions and OTC vitamins to buy. Kim was happy to gather everything for me, let me pay over the phone, and brought everything out to my car. She had a great attitude about it too! I was so very thankful. Fantastic customer service! I have been in the Cricket location in Palatine several times and Ana has always been very pleasant, helpful and efficient! No matter what issue/question I arrive at the store for, she never makes me feel inept or inadequate! I'm also quickly in and out when I need to make an in-store trip! The bags are a little more diverse than other tjmaxx stores, and the items seem to be relatively neatly arranged. The homegoods store is more diverse in each section, more spices, more bottles of oil, and more goods than others. ~Sophia
