My family and I had Lunch in the taproom this weekend and were less than pleased. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and small details, but the food is overpriced for what it is. I ordered the Cuban sandwich which was good, but not great. My main complaint is of the pasta salad side that came with it. The side was served in a condiment dish that was so small I literally got one fork full of pasta out of the entire dish. The presentation of the dishes ordered were beautiful, but the portions were such a letdown. My mom ordered the beignets which came 5 to an order and were the size of grapes. The wine was good and was served in a fun mason jar. The Bloody Mary was garnished with the best pickles, cheese stuffed olives and peppers, but looked and tasted very watery, as if it were made with water and a splash of mix. Although we were disappointed in the size of the portions the menu is very unique and the staff is friendly and attentive. I know this is a new establishment so I’m willing to give them a chance to work out the kinks and will try it again in the future. ~Grace
