I have never experienced service as horrible as this. Our taxes were misfiled and we were never made aware that they NEVER EVEN FILED our taxes. We took our business elsewhere and now must pay a $500 fine because JACKSON HEWITT did not file our taxes properly. I’ve called countless times and not one single person is willing to help whatsoever. Stay away from JACKSON HEWITT. **your automated response is a joke. I have called and no one assists.
