The whole process was a joke. Someone claimed my taxed mid March. I submitted paperwork early because I was caring for my grandfather on hospice. I called multiple times to check and was told to wait and give it time. I got frustrated and called another office. They reclaimed the taxes and started them. It still took over a week to get anything done, answers to my questions, and get them submitted. The tax professional had to continually consult her manager which resulted in me having to pay last minute. I also paid WAY too much. However, due to the late submission I didn't have time to dispute or verify the information entered. I barley had time to pay them due to my grandfather passing away in my home. I STILL had to pay 250 dollars for this inconvenience? I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. I will not recommend you to anyone. For one of the biggest companies to go through, you are very disappointing.
