Best beauty salon in Schaumburg, Illinois (IL) 2024

I booked an appointment in May for hair cut and keratin treatment John was amazing with hair cut and overall he was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with But sadly keratin treatment was a disaster My hair is fried, so much so that I can’t run my fingers through,and it feels like touching a haystack. I went in with a purple hair by end my hair was pale pink/orange Didn’t think much of it ,since fashion colors tend to act unpredictable . Right after service my hair felt greasy and kinda damp in the roots,even after rigorous drying and styling,I thought maybe they used too much product so I decided to wait 72 hours before any conclusion. Once I got home I noticed how much my hair was breaking off and some parts were clumped together and looked like a wool. I wasted over 500$ to have my hair completely ruined Pictures taken right after I got home from a saloon ~AJ

I was unsure of what style I wanted to get. She gave me time to look over the photos while I decided and she explained the pricing and concept for every style I was interested in. The hair is lightweight and doesn’t feel like a bolder hanging from my neck. She was quick! She even gave me the exact time at which she would be done.
