I had been here several times for braids and I even referred others to her business. I went in one day and she up charged me 60 additional dollars for the same style I always get without informing me about it in the beginning. Bad for Business. I will never go again and I will inform others about what happened and tell them to go somewhere else that is much more professional. As a matter of fact, go see Flo at The Braiding Place in Elgin. She is awesome and will treat you better with reasonable prices!

The hair is lightweight and doesn’t feel like a bolder hanging from my neck. She was quick! She even gave me the exact time at which she would be done. I have been going to Gigi for 10 years now and she's always done a good job. She does my hair and my 11-year-old daughter's hair she's quick and efficient and affordable.
