Horrible experience! They delivered damage furniture. The drivers stated there is nothing they can do about it and I have 72 hours to call. I called immediately , they told me to call back today because the order had not been closed. I called today and they told me to call back later because it had not been 22 hours. So it seems like they put you off so you won't be able to meet the 72 hour mark. Additionally, I was advised there is a no return policy. Why was this not pointed out in the contract. They are purposely deceitful. I asked the driver for proof of delivery there was none. I'm contacting the BBB and Attorney General about their contracts.
Update: 09/01/2022
Today Ashley returned with more used furniture that was also damaged. I inspected outside and one of the drawers were broken. Inside one of the drawers had chocolate on the suede which also appeared to have cup markings. The chest had major scratches. Ashley's Furniture states they are sending out new furniture but none of it is coming in a box. However everything else on their truck was boxed. This is truly sad. I advised the drivers I was not accepting the furniture. This on of the pieces we were able to get a side picture of ~Shaleitha
