My salesman (Robert) was amazing. He took my wants and needs seriously and was SO helpful. I went to another Ashley store before a month or so ago and had a great experience there too- but this was SO MUCH BETTER. I’ll be back in the future.

When we went to the store everyone was nice but there was a lot of confusion about the price of our items which was a bit frustrating. We live almost an hour away and after spending one day shopping around we came back the next because of the deal we expected. After finalizing everything and doing a lay away option to get the price no one informed us we had to make a monthly payment. We were only told it had to be paid off in 6 months. We only find this out by someone reaching out wondering where our payment was. Again a frustrating moment. Then we get to delivery day…. One dresser was broke so they were taking that back to replace but instead of having 2 tables like we ordered and the list said there was only one. The delivery guys did not document it well so when we received a call to set delivery for the broken item no one knew about the missing item. It took 4 weeks and three calls a week to finally get all our furniture. There needs to be a better system in place for when something is wrong with items or delivery. Every time I made a call I had to re-explain it and that was so frustrating. This was our first time getting furniture from ashley and will most likely be our last. The quality of the furniture we received is not what we expected. Drawers are off when closing them but at this point I don’t want to talk to another ashley furniture personal and will make do.

Horrible experience! They delivered damage furniture. The drivers stated there is nothing they can do about it and I have 72 hours to call. I called immediately , they told me to call back today because the order had not been closed. I called today and they told me to call back later because it had not been 22 hours. So it seems like they put you off so you won't be able to meet the 72 hour mark. Additionally, I was advised there is a no return policy. Why was this not pointed out in the contract. They are purposely deceitful. I asked the driver for proof of delivery there was none. I'm contacting the BBB and Attorney General about their contracts. Update: 09/01/2022 Today Ashley returned with more used furniture that was also damaged. I inspected outside and one of the drawers were broken. Inside one of the drawers had chocolate on the suede which also appeared to have cup markings. The chest had major scratches. Ashley's Furniture states they are sending out new furniture but none of it is coming in a box. However everything else on their truck was boxed. This is truly sad. I advised the drivers I was not accepting the furniture. This on of the pieces we were able to get a side picture of

Top notch!!! Employees were super friendly and professional. Niezel helped us pick out the perfect mattress and bed frame. She was really patient with our indecisiveness. Financing process was really quick and easy. This is definitely our go-to furniture place in the future!

Went in to purchase 2 recliners a sofa and end table. I was told I had to put 10% down for 60 month financing. Well I cam home and placed my order online. For the same price of those 4 items I was able to order the 2 recliners the sofa 2 end tables 2 table lamps and a floor lamp. I have 0% interest for 60 months, the delivery charge is half the price and it is being deliver 5 days sooner.

I absolutely loved my experience going there. I worked with Todd Brown and he was the friendliest person ever. I am going into my first home and Todd made sure that I was getting the best bang for my buck. The deals are also amazing. Thank you Todd for all that you did, and I will definitely be back!! UPDATE!!! So we finally get our couch about 2 or 3 weeks ago. When we first got it, we saw fuzy sticking out the bottom. The technician said I would get a call for someone to come fix it. A few days go by, no call. I them call customer service and they said they saw the report and would have an technician call me.....no call, a few days later, I call again and it is the same thing. So I use the Ashley furnature app and message somebody. The message shows as seen, but there is no reply. The couch is comfortable and the fuzzy isn't SUPER noticeable, but if I am going to spend all this money on a couch....I would prefer there not be fuzzy coming out of it. I am not please with the customer service, since getting the couch.

Don’t buy from Ashley. I ordered a 3700 living room set on April 1, 2021. They just tried to give me used again! If You order new items, they deliver used. Got 3 delivered and each time they brought used items. Contact BBB and report them!

Had a great experience buying from them. We talked to Neizel. She's amazing! I highly recommend seeing her when coming to this location. She did not pressure us into getting anything we did not want and was able to assist us in a very professional way. We would be coming back. Thank you!
