I wanted to make desserts for a party. (Never having made these desserts before) A young lady working there showed me all the supplies I would need and she even explained how to prepare ALL the items I wanted to make. Following her instructions made it so easy I ALWAYS get asked to make the desserts for whatever the occasion thanks to this patient & helpful worker. Thank you to the young lady who helped me as well as Michael's. An awesome place to shop.

Don't know what's happening but I was really shocked how little card making embellishments, stickers, they had. Don't know if they're not restocking or if the merchandise is somewhere on a ship in the ocean.

Clean, well stocked craft store with a 20% off coupon for one regularly priced item nearly always available and there are also weekly sales. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The framing, and seasonal home decor are all reasonable and tempting. Be careful though you may wonder down an aisle and fall in love with beautiful paper, beads or high end markers and be unable to resist.

Not really a massive fan of this place because it's just not stuff I'm into. I am a guy who likes doing all my own sewing though and I was pretty shocked at how little they're actually is in that category. There's not even like a big set of sewing supplies that I can buy just those really basic ones that you could probably get and a hotel vending machine

Our Michael's does a great job hitting the niche market they're intending. Plenty of crafts and items in their market segment in a very clean and organized store. The team does a great job in serving customers and maintaining a well-kept store.

the bathrooms were marked as cleaned and checked that day and they clearly were not. no toilet paper in either stall and the paper towels were out as well. not expecting 5 star but I know it can be better.

The staff was wonderfully and very knowledgeable about their stock. They carry a large variety of paint in stock at the store as well as most craft supplies. This is definitely where you want to go to stock up on materials for all your upcoming projects!
