I was in the Spectrum Apex, NC store at 10:00 AM today. I was greeted by Patrick and he went out of his way to help me in returning 4 boxes. He spent time with me explaining what he was doing and also helped me pay my monthly invoice. Spectrum needs to keep this employee as he was very courteous to customer walk-ins. Gene McGovern

Worst customer service ever!!!! Waited 45 minutes in the store and left. Only one customer representative for all the customers. Company like this big don't have money to hire two CSR ? Because Spectrum don't care about customer.

I AM SEVENTY-NINE + AND DEPEND ON MY PHONE AS A LIFE LINE.... THE PHONE HAS BEEN "LOCKED" FOR 2 DAYS...AND AFTER 4 TRIPS TO THIS STORE AND ONLY ONE PERSON FOR SERVICE...I GAVE UP AND WENT HOME. I LATER WENT BACK AT 4 O'CLOCK...THINKING THAT THE LINE WOULD HAVE THINNED OUT...ALL LIGHTS WERE ON...NO BODY IN THE STORE...DOORS LOCKED AND I LOOKED AT THE POSTED HOURS..CLOSING AT 5 PM....NOT 4. I WENT HOME AGAIN AND LOOKED ONLINE FOR HOURS WHICH SAID 6 O'CLOCK...DROVE BACK TO THE STORE AND SAME THING..ALL LIGHTS ON..NOBODY IN THE STORE, I BANGED ON THE WINDOW,,NO ONE CAME.

They try to scam me of $80. Spectrum is the worst company to deal with. Had very bad experience over the phone and in person at the store. Very unhappy!

Incompetence abounds at spectrum. The phone support told me to go to the store to drop off hardware... The store INSISTS they don't accept or give hardware. This company needs to fire all of customer service and start fresh with competent workers.

Spectrum sent me to this store to drop off my modem and router as I am moving abroad. I waited maybe 30 minutes in line just to be told that they weren’t going to accept the return and that they don’t accept any equipment. The guy was very rude about it and I ended up calling Spectrum to find another solution, having to drive about half an hour to drop the modem and router off elsewhere.

Wasted 45 minutes, with only 2 customers ahead of me, to be told they do not accept their own equipment in store; must go to UPS. The stupidity of this company has hit new levels.

Inquired about renewing a promotion, and Patrick G. gave me very professional, friendly help on how I really need to call in for this, the next day when my promo exactly expired. Spoke to the Call Center today and got what I needed! No need to cut cord, today!

On 12/16/2021, I went to the Apex NC store to turn in a Router, Modem, and cancel my subscription. I thought everything was taken care of until I received a bill in January stating, "I never turn in my equipment and I have a bill for $178.00". On 01/29/2022, I went to the store and asked to speak to a manager. Dustina, was very rude from the start. I explained that I had turn in my equipment to her, and I spoke with Spectrum and they said," I never turn in any equipment. The store manger Dustina Lear was very nasty and ask me for a receipt which I didn't have. So I asked her, "can you look into your computer data base and fined me"? I reminded her that I turned my equipment in to her in December. She went to her back office as me and my son waited for an hour for her to return. And when she returned, she told me that she could not find any information about me turning in the equipment. I am in the customer service business and you probably get a lot of turnover from your employees at this location. If your store manager talks to customers like she talked to me, I can only imagine what it is like for your employees. On 01/03-2022, I received a call from Offline Customer Support Maranda K, who informed me that she looked into my case and found all my equipment. She was outstanding. But I guarantee you, your Apex store is a dead store, with poor customer service and it starts with your store manager. Apex customers deserve better and the Spectrum brand deserves better representation !

Alicia Was a professional. Even though they were short staffed and the line was long. I observed her taking the time to assist an elderly gentleman and to make sure that he knew exactly what needed to be done. When it came my time to be taken care of she was very professional and did a great job. Spectrum should be taking care of quality employees like this, but sadly they probably don’t
