So I went into the Garner location and I was immediately greeted by 2 employes. They were both very nice. Andrew ended up helping me out, and he was awesome! I would definitely recommend him to everyone. He was very friendly and helpful and looked for the best deal for me. He made sure that my bill wasn't astronomical. And he made sure that everything transferred over, even though my screen was shattered. Cudos Andrew! I appreciate you!

Both Adam and Andrew were very helpful with setting us up with new phones. Andrew was willing to try all he knew to try to save my contacts and photos from my broken phone. Their kind and relentless customer service was greatly appreciated! These are some wonderful employees! Keep up the good work.

My boyfriend and I came in today in urgent need of a new iPhone since it got stuck in a mower and shattered. The screen was very touch sensitive but with Nicole’s patience and determination we got the iPhone transfer completed with ease. Her sense of humor made our trip to Verizon an enjoyable one! After deciding I was going to leave Verizon after being a customer with them for over 19 years, I've changed my mind. Andy Harder, one of the Verizon Sales Consultant, provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. The best I've EVER received as a Verizon customer. I live closer to a Verizon (Knightdale); however, whenever I go there I'm having to wait at least 30 minutes until I'm assisted. I was having phone problems and was not able to use my phone 5 days. I went to the Knightdale store almost everyday, hoping to solve the problem. Finally, they were able to get it to receive and make calls. That was as much as I could use my phone. I was frustrated!! I needed my phone to work properly. Andy Harder met me at the door and was ready to assist. He fixed the problem I'd been having with pairing my phone and watch and later took me to my car to pair it with my phone...all in less than 20 minutes. I've never had that type of service with Verizon in Knightdale. From this today on, I will now take that 20 minute drive to Garner to go to this location. AWESOME customer service, Andy!!

My husband and I went in to switch from a competitor, upgrade phones, add lines...the whole nine yards, so we knew we would spend some time in the store to accomplish all of this. Michael and Nicole flawlessly answered all of our questions and made everything easy! They were so friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process. Our whole experience was great and we will definitely be back to this location for future upgrades/questions.

I went into the store very frustrated because I knew I was probably going to have to buy a new phone. The staff was very friendly. Nicole helped me and she was excellent to work with. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing help with their phone.

It seemed to be a busy Tuesday for this location the afternoon I walked in. I sat at the front of the store to wait my turn and within 60 seconds Adam came to greet me and let me know someone would be with me within the next few minutes. I was partnered up with Nicole and she was amazing! She helped to walk me through the process, answered any and all questions I had and let me know what was available to me as far as promotions and upgrades went! Adam was still close by helping along the way and it felt really reassuring that neither of these employees pushed me into the latest and greatest phone or service just to get sales. They listened to me and pointed me in the right direction of what kind of phone would be best for me without breaking the bank. I followed up with Andrew once my phone came in and he was wonderful at transferring everything and setting my phone up as far as apps, screen protectors and phone cases went! These 3 definitely calmed all anxieties that I had about getting a new phone and I'm so thankful for their help! The best trio I could've asked for!
