Best cell phone store in Garner, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Both Adam and Andrew were very helpful with setting us up with new phones. Andrew was willing to try all he knew to try to save my contacts and photos from my broken phone. I went into the store a couple of months ago and filled out an application for service and showed my I’d and social security number and then I picked out a phone but it was really expensive so I decided to wait and look around at different places so I told them I might go back but I never went back .So on July5 2022 I received a bill so I called the customer service number but they told me that they couldn’t look anything up without a phone number so I thought maybe a mistake but today I received another bill and a letter from Assurant stating that my Protection plan would end on 7/21/2022 from non payment and it listed a phone number that was supposed to be mine that I have never seen nor knew about so they are telling me that it’s my final bill. I am upset because I never went back to buy a phone much less get a phone number so I called T mobile and the gentleman that answered told me that when I went in there to fill out the application that it automatically generated an account for me and that he could not help me and I needed to call the main customer service number and ask them to write it off . That is scary when you go into a company and something’ like that happens with your private information and then it’s going to affect my credit and they can’t even help me to find out who was responsible for it And the bill states that it is a business account and I don’t have a business. So I am out of 222.01 dollars and I never received a phone from them or a phone number. If the manager can’t help me at that store I don’t know who can and he said that he can’t so I just wanted to let people know not to give out your personal info there unless you are going to get a phone for sure or the same thing might happen to you . ~Linda
