I went into the store a couple of months ago and filled out an application for service and showed my I’d and social security number and then I picked out a phone but it was really expensive so I decided to wait and look around at different places so I told them I might go back but I never went back .So on July5 2022 I received a bill so I called the customer service number but they told me that they couldn’t look anything up without a phone number so I thought maybe a mistake but today I received another bill and a letter from Assurant stating that my Protection plan would end on 7/21/2022 from non payment and it listed a phone number that was supposed to be mine that I have never seen nor knew about so they are telling me that it’s my final bill. I am upset because I never went back to buy a phone much less get a phone number so I called T mobile and the gentleman that answered told me that when I went in there to fill out the application that it automatically generated an account for me and that he could not help me and I needed to call the main customer service number and ask them to write it off . That is scary when you go into a company and something’ like that happens with your private information and then it’s going to affect my credit and they can’t even help me to find out who was responsible for it And the bill states that it is a business account and I don’t have a business. So I am out of 222.01 dollars and I never received a phone from them or a phone number. If the manager can’t help me at that store I don’t know who can and he said that he can’t so I just wanted to let people know not to give out your personal info there unless you are going to get a phone for sure or the same thing might happen to you .

I needed to change my plan, and upgrade my phone. My wife, and I, walked in, and was greeted by Carlos. Carlos, with the patience of a saint, set our new plan up, helped me with a new phone upgrade, and installed a new 5G SIM card in my wife's phone. And ... then we were on our way. This store has always been good to us, and Carlos himself was excellent. All transactions should go this well.

Great customer service. I was helped by sales associate Janet and store manager Carlos was assisting. He was sooo patient with her bc she seem to make some errors and she was very understanding and didn't get frustrated by her mistakes. Very calm and welcoming atmosphere. Also sales associate Ashley was helping another couple and she had to be on the phone with multiple people for long periods of time and never seemed to get irritated or frustrated. I purchased 3 phones, I was there for approximately an hour and a half but it was honestly a pleasant experience. Very professional, greeted as soon as I entered the store and during the purchasing process had great conversations to keep the time going by. I will most definitely visit this store location again.

Just went to T-Mobile to swap SIM cards from my old phones. Service was excellent and would go there again. The only criticism is there needs to be a system in place to keep customers in order by who arrived first, what issues need to be resolved, etc. Keep up the good work!
