Legitimately the worst fast food location I have ever dealt with, and I feel silly even leaving a review for a fast food place like this. Regularly gets my order wrong, and even when it's "right", it is cold and soggy. Just look at the rest of the reviews, I am not the first. I've lived here for years and years and this place is notoriously bad and I still don't know how they're not shut down by Wendy's corporate for basically sh*tting all over their brand. It's at the point even if I am getting delivery, I wait until this location is closed so I don't have to worry about getting an abysmal order, but getting it here or getting it delivered, it's going to be awful either way.

Employees were rude when I ordered, got my order wrong, gave me attitude when I said something about it. Throwing their arms in the air talking bad about me with the window closed. And told me I didn't order that, didn't give me a receipt either time I went through. I was so frustrated I didn't care about a receipt after that.

This place doesn’t believe in giving a large fry with your meal…maybe a large fry cup, but don’t get your hopes up, just order the medium meal.😂 I promise you’ll be more satisfied. Also, if you order ANYTHING chicken related, make sure you ask for it fresh cause They really don’t care about making you choke on a dry chicken sandwich. Employees are not bad people but sometimes they give a nonchalant attitude. Nonchalant attitude + Medium Fries in a Large Fry box + death by Chicken = Bad Business. In all reality, it’s a decent restaurant… just don’t get a large meal if you do it for the fries lol

The manager was rude because we used coupons and then gloated when she said " you can't use these because you got lemonade". So I asked her to replace the drinks with soda and she got even angrier. Not a place I would bother going to again.. but the food was correct.

If you want cold, undercooked burgers that are probably spat in by the employees, come here. Also manage to never get orders right.

Displeased there is no signage visible stating only drive thru open. Customer service wasn't that great, Realize I am paying my hard earned money for food and service

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten at. every time I’ve been here I always get something missing. I got my drink and my fries, not my sandwich.

Excellent service for the most part, but I recommend trying to beat the lunch rush or waiting until it's over. I imagine they're short staffed due to the pandemic so it's not their fault but the wait times can be excessive around the 12 o'clock hour. To the owners: hire more people and pay the current people more. They're working too hard.

Consistently the worst Wendy's I've ever frequented, and this has been my opinion for the 6 years I've lived in the area, so it has nothing to do with the pandemic. Eventhough this location is about a mile away, I drive up to the one in Garner instead. Every time I don't, I regret it.

I have been to this location about 5 times over the past few months, always after 8pm during the week. Service is friendly, quick, and they get my order right! Can’t ask for any more than that!
