Dajon was super helpful during my visit today! He did everything he could to make sure I walked out with the best discounts and I was pleased with my experience. A family came in 10 mins before closing and he offered to stay open in order to help them. Only thing is they didn’t have the iphone color I wanted, but I ended up with a pretty phone case anyways.

I placed my order online. I can't upload my ID because my phone camera is too blurry. Well I called and he said they only have once online order that's not mine. He said they are also sold out of the phone I ordered. To call customer care. I figured maybe I can come to the store and show my ID but it just sounded like he didn't want to work and was extremely unhelpful. I'm calling with a problem it's your job to resolve it.

DJ was THE BEST!! I explained the issues and the hours I’ve spent on the phone with Verizon and let him know I was told by a Verizon phone rep to go to a Verizon store and get a replacement SIM card for my phone. He was already taking care of a customer but managed to take care of me at the same time while she was on the phone with a Verizon rep. He was amazing!! DJ was also kind, considerate, professional, and caring. Wow!!! I’ll definitely be back here again.

DJ was very helpful and knowledgeable. He definitely has patience and is able to effortlessly assist multiple customers when necessary. Exchanging or upgrading your phone can be quite stressful He made it pleasant. We need to clone him as all the customers wanted his help!. Thanks again DJ.
