Horrible customer service, I hate to say it but I went there the other day to see what day the new iPhones were coming out and was nicely greeted by the young Caucasian guy but went today to buy the phone and wasn’t greeted at all by my own people. So I just turned around and went to a different area. Nobody is forcing you to work there!

I usually dnt leave reviews because although my experience with companies may have been bad, I know it’s the companies brand and a tarnish name can do major damage. However, this company is horrible!! Being a single mother looking for the best deals is always the go to which is why I made the switch my son was finally old enough for a phone so adding him to my plan cost more with my other company. This virus has affected and impacted people globally, nations and they have no relief set in place. I will not continue to support a company who can blatantly show they have care about their customers. We are the reason you thrive. Some people cell phones are their house phones like myself. I most definitely will be leaving and I do not encourage no one to buy from metro. You want to save money but whether u spend 15$ or 100$ you also want to feel like you are being valued.

I came into the store to add a line to my account and to port my number over from Boost mobile. The representative got my line ported. When I was getting ready to leave I asked for the receipt. I noticed that she added an extra line to my account , for a Metrosmart device , and she charged me $15 for a phone case. Neither one of these things I asked for. When I asked her why she charged me for the case , she stated that it was part of the price I was quoted. I also asked her about the additional line and why she added it without my consent. She stated it was part of the promotion. It wasn’t. The device would’ve added another monthly fee to my account. I got my $15 back from them, I returned the unrequested case, and I asked she deactivate the line. Be careful when you come here. The reps are highly likely to add things to your account you didn’t ask for.

Jeez! Metro is literally trash, it took like 30 minutes for my phone to download a school file. And the internet! It's trash! I says "4GLTE but it's still slow!

Customer service needs to improve with this staff. They are more into playing with each other then helping customers. Tammy didn't seem like she wanted to be at work the day I came. I had questions about certain phones that they have in the store she had little to no knowledge and wasn't eager to help me. I had to ask her co-workers about phones. And he didnt help much because he was too busy goofing with the other workers there. I am used to the store on n tryon near family Dollar with Zelda. I thought I'd try a new store giving the fact I moved to Albemarle road. I will not be going back to that store ever. If I want proper customer service I will drive way on the other side of town to Tryon to get what I want. If there's a way to reach the district manager for this store please share because this is far beyond the worst phone store I've ever seen.

Horrible service. Very unprofessional. The workers are childish, they were cursing and playing innapropriate music in front of young children, and they have know idea about what they are doing. This is the one on Abamarle rd.
