CROSSOVER NIGHT w/Kandy Wow!! When I say she needs a raise!! She does! I was shopping around to save money and combine devices! She nailed it when I came in with her customer service and information. She was so confident that I would return and I absolutely did! Kandy, kept her word on what she offered and she made it happen even when the other company was trying to do too much! She invested her time which to me is the most Valuable thing anyone has these days! Thank you Kandy for being the BEST ASSET to AT&T!! They definitely need to keep you at all costs! ♥️

I came to this location by default, but so glad I did! They were the most friendly, helpful staff, that I have EVER encountered by ANY cellular company! Courteous, knowledgeable and I cant say enough about this staff. I NEVER buy accessories from the carrier store, but I did today!!! They are giving off a great aura in there!!!! Will be passing by the one closest to me and coming here from now on! Rosa and Rob were awesome! Impeccable service!!!

Rosa & mike (I believe that’s his name) who was in training were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, patient & knew what they were doing. I diddnt want to be in the store all day so the fact that they made it as fast of a process as possible was god sent. If Rosa is not a manager MAKE HER ONE. Mike is in great hands. I’ll be back to do my business account with them.

Candy was awesome! I went in because my phone started malfunctioning- still had a 3G Sim card- and Candy was on it. She switched out my Sim quickly and efficiently whe also delivering great customer service and conversation. 10/10 would go back to this location.

Definitely our best in store experience at AT&T.! Tai went above and beyond on every level when there was some technical difficulties that prevented a quick sale the night before we had to go out of town. He pointed us in the direction of his favorite take out restaurant until things got sorted out and texted us when we were clear to complete the transaction. AT&T is fortunate to have such a helpful gentleman on their staff… we didn’t just get the product we needed, we now have a new favorite takeout restaurant too.

I came to the store feeling very frustrated because of a bad experience with Asurion and Tai was very helpful in meditating my interaction with Asurion. He understood my frustration and did all he could to assist me. He offered me a great deal which solved a large part of my problem. He was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend him and this location.
