Best telecommunications service provider in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I worked with Dajon to buy a new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer all of my questions. He transferred everything over to my new phone quickly and the process was so easy for me! ~sonja

I came to this location by default, but so glad I did! They were the most friendly, helpful staff, that I have EVER encountered by ANY cellular company! Courteous, knowledgeable and I cant say enough about this staff. I NEVER buy accessories from the carrier store, but I did today!!! They are giving off a great aura in there!!!! I went to this location 2 years ago to upgrade three phones and the employees were not very helpful so I went home and called AT&T and upgraded through customer service. I decided to give it another try and was there today and the three young men who were working were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I watched their interaction with the other customers as well and their customer service was top notch. Give these men some raises. ~Robert
