They did an excellent job repairing a water damaged phone and their job prevented further damage and brought my phone back to life. Most importantly unlike ubreakifix stores, they did not require passcode which I'm sure no one is comfortable to provide. ~Na

I worked with Dajon to buy a new phone. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer all of my questions. He transferred everything over to my new phone quickly and the process was so easy for me! ~sonja

I came to this location by default, but so glad I did! They were the most friendly, helpful staff, that I have EVER encountered by ANY cellular company! Courteous, knowledgeable and I cant say enough about this staff. I NEVER buy accessories from the carrier store, but I did today!!! They are giving off a great aura in there!!!! Today is Sunday. The store was closed at 6:15pm. The store hours for this Specific location is from 10:00am to 7:00pm on Sundays. I lost my time coming to this store. You just lost a customer. ~Armando

Horrible customer service, I hate to say it but I went there the other day to see what day the new iPhones were coming out and was nicely greeted by the young Caucasian guy but went today to buy the phone and wasn’t greeted at all by my own people. So I just turned around and went to a different area. Nobody is forcing you to work there! ~J

In trying to find my mother a new phone I called this store Boost Mobile at East town and the young lady in which I spoke yesterday held her promise and made sure that some of the items I was looking for would be there when I came to complete my purchase, I want to say thank you. The gentleman in the store this morning was very gracious, honest, and very informative. I really appreciate the service they both gave to my mother and I!! ~Shante

THIS STORE IS TRASH. The workers especially (Thomas) his attitude is horrible he really needs to stay home with that distasteful attitude. All I wanted to do was to bring my 8 lines and business account over from AT&T to T-Mobile . However, that never happened he walked off because I was asking questions about my account and the promotions that they currently have. Well ok then since your only there to collect a pay check I really think you need to be a janitor at McDonald’s where you’re behind the seen and nobody can see u and deal with that nasty attitude you’re carry with you!!!! I went to this location 2 years ago to upgrade three phones and the employees were not very helpful so I went home and called AT&T and upgraded through customer service. I decided to give it another try and was there today and the three young men who were working were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I watched their interaction with the other customers as well and their customer service was top notch. Give these men some raises. ~Robert
