B. E. W. A. R. E. ... Trust me I do not like to write Reviews like this but I would not want another soul on this earth to have to experience the Trauma of shopping here... T Mobile is a WONDERFUL Carrier for your cell service and I cannot imagine why they have a Management & Staff that are so Rude, Disrespectful and just plain "Mean" at this Location... I'm no one Special but I do have a serious Heart Disease and am Disabled and 100 percent NEED a reliable phone... Needless to say I couldn't use my phone for about 11 days, my Daughter had to call the Manager here with useless Luck and I ended up at T Mobile in Belmont NC... Allison the Manager at the Wilkinson Blvd Location absolutely is THE BEST of The Best ... Problem Solved within 48 Hours. The only reason I gave this Steele Creek 1 Star is ONLY because the front door worked😫

Been with TMobile 10+ years and this is the worst store ever been in. The tech did not know what to do on activating new table line having to call 611. And they had god awful rap music playing at a more than acceptable level for a business. I ended up just canceling the whole thing and going to another store.

Worst customer service. Waited in line for 30 minutes. The sales rep working (Dominik) was laughing with his friend the whole time instead of focusing on his job. Please hire better associates.

Very poor customer satisfaction I waited over an hour and a half to be seen They worked with one customer the whole time I was there. Will never go to this location again. It seem as if they took their time to wait you out so you will leave without getting help.

We were sold a Sync Up Kids watch that won’t actually work with our phones. After hours in store and on the phone with the store, customer service, and tech dept, they let us know there was no way to connect it and it needed to be returned. Trusted TMobile as the experts to help us get a watch for our daughter and they in fact have proven otherwise.

I was getting kind of desperate my AT&T phone that I transferred to T-Mobile wouldn't work it was locked. AT&T had been nailing me on the price for some time and they don't have a senior phone plan. T-Mobile I saved $50 a month Being a senior that means something. In any case I came through the door at T-Mobile at steel Creek and met Allison. Allison had the right attitude and fixed my problem . Got me in a new phone took my old AT&T locked phone in as trade. They also had a plan if you buy a new phone you get airpods how cool. Her attention to detail and going the extra mile was strong & evident. Some of the Tech stuff gets harder as the years go by but Allison transfered what was on my old phone into my new phone which was greatly appreciated.. Talk about the extra mile she even put a screen protector on it as well. If you go to the store ask for Allison she is a gem. I am so pumped up for T-Mobile. I like the fact that they have their deals & they don't screw around with 6 month deals. They're simple to understand and they don't jack the price up on you.. T-Mobile's awesome so is Allison..

THIS STORE IS TRASH. The workers especially (Thomas) his attitude is horrible he really needs to stay home with that distasteful attitude. All I wanted to do was to bring my 8 lines and business account over from AT&T to T-Mobile . However, that never happened he walked off because I was asking questions about my account and the promotions that they currently have. Well ok then since your only there to collect a pay check I really think you need to be a janitor at McDonald’s where you’re behind the seen and nobody can see u and deal with that nasty attitude you’re carry with you!!!! I don’t think you’ll be there long anyway!! I also have a video from yesterday 11/9/21 .

His service alone is what has kept us coming back the past few years !!He is very knowledgeable of the products and what T-Mobile has to offer and we have been a customer for over 14 yrs he is hands down second to none in this industry! Visited the T-Mobile store in the Rivergate/Steele Creek area to get a new phone and transfer my information from my existing phone. I worked with Daniel to get all of my services completed. He even helped me identify the best plan for my services. He was patient and well informed to help me with my needs. I will definitely look for him for my future T-Mobile needs!

I had a very great experience here today. The customer service was wonderful. It was a pleasure dealing with representative Daniel who assisted my mother and I with an ongoing issue we were having with our service. He was also able to get us a really good deal on accessories. I recommend this location for anyone seeking great deals and superb customer service.
