I went to this location 2 years ago to upgrade three phones and the employees were not very helpful so I went home and called AT&T and upgraded through customer service. I decided to give it another try and was there today and the three young men who were working were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I watched their interaction with the other customers as well and their customer service was top notch. Give these men some raises.

The manager, Dan and his assistant Tyler at this store were fantastic. They thoroughly walked through information on our updated plan and greeted everyone who walked through the door. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!

If I couple rate 0 stars I would. Waited over 40 minutes for service while manager vacuumed the back office waiting for AT&T corporate to visit and chatted with the IONE customer he helped during the time. Two other employees were nice but in absolutely no hurry either.

Would give a zero if I could. A representative at that store added multiple lines under my AT&T without doing the proper security checks, which whether they knew at the time or not is FRAUD! All it took was someone walking in with some account info and she/he gave them full access to my account. It’s 2022 you really don’t suspect someone when they say they don’t have I.D? I live in Pennsylvania and this store is located in Charlotte, NC red flag right there! I’ve tried calling the store multiple times and there’s been no answer. Beginning to think I’m not the first person that’s been scammed by this store. I’ve filed a fraud claim and I’m aware of who the person was at this store that sold the products so if no course of action is dealt in regards to this act of this unprofessional sales rep to my satisfaction, then legal action will be done on my end.

Awesome 👏🏼. Love my new fiber internet. I got $450 in visa gift cards to sign up, it’s way faster than spectrum, it’s unlimited, and cheaper by $20 a month. Only paying $55 a month now with no contract and it’s super fast. Highly recommend this store.
