Felisha is out standing she helped me after going to another store and being told there was nothing they could do she helped me and even went above and beyond She does things that I know aren’t included in the job description. First of all I've been a Metro customer for about 4 years and I had one specific dealer on North Tryon that I stuck with until I met Felicia! From start to finish she is excited to provide the best customer service in the world to you. If you don't go here first that's a major mistake they don't make them any better than this girl! Her customer service willingness to assist knowledge about their products & services really helped me while trying to decide if i wanted to go with metro for my daughters telephone service. This store made the difference a very quality time on the service I arrived late 7:40 pm there the store close 8: pm and I thought I will finish quick set up my table with my line but not and the manager and the employees stay until almost 9pm for help me I was a little concern about the time because they close 8pm and I say 2 times I can come back tomorrow but they insist they will fix they won’t let me go with out solve the problem on my tablet, they call many time back and forth to his company and set up my table until work well, like a I say this quality human service kind helpful Great people! Total recommend them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
