I want to start off by saying that this location is the best location I have ever been too. My Mobile Expert was Precious "P" Hall. Absolutely Amazing !!! She was able to upgrade me to a phone that I love and was in and out in under an hour. The gentleman that was working with her was also very nice and they cater to their customers and greet them in a wonderful welcoming. Unfortunately I wasted 2.5 hours at the Woodlawn location last night and didn't even leave with a phone and was quoted at a much higher price, but fortunately I found this location and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend !!! Thanks P !!

We switched our service several years ago from Verizon to T-Mobile and couldn't be more satisfied with the products. The reps are always extremely helpful and very courteous. We even drive out of our way to this location because of the staff. A great experience all around!

I went in because I've had major issues with my charging port for months, I was prepared to pretty much get a new phone. Q though was very quick to resolve my charging port problem, and like most Tmobile employees I've interacted with, he was not pushy as a salesman to get me to upgrade! Very friendly guy I enjoyed my experience and when it does come time to upgrade I hope I can have him helping me! Thanks Q!

Was in queue as walk-in. Waited for 30m. Was then "bumped" by someone with appointment after being told we were next in line and receiving apology for waiting so long. I have never seen this happen before. I will not go back to this location. Considering other options for mobile service after being Sprint customer for 12 years.

This was the best experience I ever had at a t mobile store, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I had a lovely gentleman by the name of Derik help me out today and he was awesome! He listened to exactly what I wanted and found a phone in my price range that I am loving so far! It took a few moments for my data to transfer over from my old phone and he kept me entertained with great conversation! If you need to go to a t mobile store go to this one and absolutely ask for Derik, you will not be disappointed!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE… My family was switching to t mobile from Verizon and were promised free iPhone or almost free. The t mobile “expert” screwed up our transaction and one of our phones they will not take anyone more because of the deal expired so now they want us to foot a thousand dollar bill because of their mistakes. Also my phone they screwed up the trade in and now want to give me 200 dollars for my iPhone 8+ instead of 700 dollars. Run for the hills, (go to Best Buy because they actually know what they are doing) or ya know a more credible phone network.

My son and I went in to the arboretum store to fix an ongoing issue with his phone. Sarah P took care of us. She was pleasant, patient and went above and beyond to make sure we left the store satisfied. E dry time I go into this branch I Know I’m going to get top notch service.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Went in to get rid of my OnePlus that I am extremely unhappy with. They found the least expensive option for me to get back into an iPhone. Definitely recommend T-Mobile as a Cellular service, and go see these guys to do so.
